Since the creation of FUNDACIÓN ADO, we have formalized our commitment to invest in the development of communities in the South, Gulf and Southeast of Mexico in collaboration with people from the social sector, to continue transforming their reality in a sustainable manner.
Through the FUNDACIÓN ADO and social action we are the most human part of MOBILITY ADO®. We currently have a route designed to impact economic, social and environmental change through social projects that benefit the development of vulnerable communities.
At the FUNDACIÓN ADO our commitment is to make the sustainability of communities a reality in Mexico and, through this, break the inequality gap that affects millions of people. In this way, more communities will be able to adapt to the transformations of their environment, be linked to the economic dynamics developing with a sustainable environmental impact.
They are a participatory space that encourages the leadership in people, recognizing the ability of each individual to conduct their own development, according to their ideals, cooperation and respect for history and tradition.
They focus on comprehensive growth: so that all citizens enjoy a decent quality of life and are part of the productive dynamics of the community, generating shared prosperity and social stability without harming the environment.
Focus on integral growth: so all citizens may enjoy a decent quality of life and for all of them to become part of the productive dynamics of the community, generating shared prosperity and social stability without harming the environment.
We focus on connecting the social work of the different participants; public, private and civil interested in the development of a community, through a social co-investment proposal that strategically directs resources to spaces where we can make a difference. This way we can attend to the greatest number of vulnerable situations in a population and avoid duplicating efforts.
We call for alliances and join in the efforts of other participants to talk about and coordinate actions that allow us to comprehensively address the challenges of community development.
We promote synergy among all stakeholders around the social investment project, to combine efforts and enhance results.
We detect and set-off collective social investment actions to enhance the use of resources and increase the transformation of communities.
We strengthen the accompaniment structure and model with our local partners and their projects.
Increase the impact of social investment by MOBILITY ADO® to generate sustainability, as well as economic, social and environmental development in strategic areas.
Develop and connect participants, communities and market opportunities on issues of environment, safe mobility and economic development of women.
Trigger alliances and join in efforts to link and strengthen the different participants of the community (economic, public and social).
Participate with the communities in the development of a sustainable territory with strong institutions and professionalized work models.
Each of our four programs has a strong connection with the work of our company and is a responsible way to share the growth with the communities where we operate.
Women have the potential to transform, not only their families, but their communities. This is why we promote groups of organized women to consolidate productive ventures. We support the development of their capabilities by facilitating access to basic resources, thus providing tools to direct the future of their communities with awareness and creativity.
This program allows us to promote a fairer, healthier and more equitable environment.Investing in women is investing in the change of an entire family.
SOME PROJECTS
We believe that protecting the environment also means conserving opportunities to improve quality of life. Nature is our greatest source of resources and, therefore, one of the greatest riches that a community can have. Therefore, we encourage the development of sustainable management strategies for natural resources.
We foster greater environmental awareness by emphasizing the importance of investing in the conservation of the environment to ensure the availability of resources to face the future.
